foxeragroup.uk is run by FOXERA LTD (company number 16965121), trading as Foxera Group, United Kingdom. Using it means accepting these terms.

The prices shown

The first consultation is free. Consultancy work starts from £150 per day. That is a starting rate and not a fixed quote — the day rate depends on the scope of the work and on whether it is carried out remotely or on site. The rate, the scope and the number of days are agreed in writing before any work begins, and nothing is charged before that.

The supplier prices on what your systems cost were read from those suppliers’ own published pages on the date stated on that page. They belong to those suppliers, they change without notice, and they are shown to illustrate a point. Check them yourself before you act on them. Foxera Group is not affiliated with, and receives no commission from, any supplier named on this site.

The guarantee

If the agreed output of a piece of work is not delivered, the fee for that piece of work is refunded. No contracts, no hidden fees, no lock-in.

Usage tracking

Where a Foxera system records how it is used, you are told before any recording starts, and the recording is limited to which features are opened and when. It never records keystrokes, passwords or payment details. See the privacy policy.

Portfolio and brand use — separate permission required

Using Foxera Group’s services does not by itself give Foxera Group permission to publish your name, logo, website address, screenshots, case study or other brand material. If you give Foxera Group separate written approval (including a clearly recorded email confirmation), you grant FOXERA LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the approved material and a link to the website(s) Foxera Group created or manages for you, in its portfolio, case studies, service pages or landing pages, solely to show Foxera Group’s work.

Foxera Group will not publish credentials, private analytics, confidential information or personal data that is not approved for publication. You may withdraw permission for future publication by emailing [email protected]; Foxera Group will stop new use and request removal from pages it controls within 30 days. Cached or third-party copies may remain outside Foxera Group’s control. No portfolio or brand permission exists until that separate approval is recorded.

Liability

The content of this site is general information, not advice on your particular business. Nothing here is a warranty of a particular outcome.

FOXERA LTD’s total liability to you, for any claim connected to this site or to work Foxera Group does for you, is capped at the fees you have paid for that piece of work in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if you have paid nothing). FOXERA LTD is not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or any indirect or knock-on losses.

You are responsible for the material, data and instructions you give Foxera Group, and for how you use the systems it delivers once they are handed over. If FOXERA LTD faces a claim, fine or cost because of that material, those instructions or that use — for example content you supplied that you did not have the right to use, or a system used to contact people without a lawful basis — you agree to cover FOXERA LTD’s reasonable costs and losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
